Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 4 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, the first two nights will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra bed

All children are welcome. One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot. One child from 3 to 12 years stays free of charge when using existing beds. One further child from 3 to 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night when using existing beds. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Internet

Wi-fi is available in public areas and is free of charge. Internet via modem is available in the business centre and costs EUR 2 per hour.

Breakfast

Continental breakfast costs EUR 5 per person per night. Half board costs EUR 14 per person per night. Half board costs EUR 9 per night per child under 12 years.

Enjoy delicious Greek and international cuisine at the outdoor à la carte Restaurant Coconut. The nice surrounding, the friendly staff and the tasty plates will contribute to your enjoyable experience! Restaurant Coconut is open all day (from 09:00 until midnight) and is one of the most popular restaurants in the area of Ixia. The pool bar operates from 11:00 until 17:00 and serves drinks and snacks at reasonable prices. Continental breakfast buffet is served from 08:00 until 10:30.

Carvel Hotel Apartments is approximately 100 metres from the beach, 4 km from Rhodes town and the harbour and 11 km from the airport. Ixia is a lively area with numerous hotels and restaurants.100 metres from the hotel you can also find mini golf, supermarkets, shops and banks. Ixia bay is just across the street (100 metres). Enjoy the sun and the sea at this long pebbled and sandy beach that also offers a unique opportunity for windsurfing, water-skiing and other water sports. Caravel is within a walking distance of all the hotels in Ixia area that host conferences.

The hotel has 29 spacious apartments and studios that can easily accommodate 2 to 4 people. Each type of accommodation has its own balcony or terrace with a view to the sea, pool or mountain.

By Public Transport: From Rhodes Town: There is frequent bus service from Rhodes town. You can take every bus that stops at Ixia area. Ask the bus driver to stop at the bus stop for Miramare Hotel. Caravel is almost opposite that stop. From the Airport Diagoras: From the airport's bus stop you can take every bus that goes to Rhodes town. Ask the bus driver to get out at Ixia area, at the bus stop for Miramare Hotel. Caravel hotel is 100 metres from that bus stop (towards Rhodes town). By Car: From Rhodes Town: - The hotel is after Kritika and before Trianta village. - The hotel is in the Ixia area, at the coast road that connects Rhodes town with Trianta. From the airport: - Please take the road in the direction of Rhodes town. - You will find the hotel in the Ixia area (the Hotel is after Trianta village and before Kritika). In front of the hotel you will see the hotel's restaurant, called Coconut. There is a sign for the hotel as well as for the restaurant on the main street.
