Grand Hotel The Grand Hotel is favourably located, only a 15-minute walk from the beautiful Old Town of Rhodes and right in front of the beach. Energize at the fitness centre or play a game of tennis. On cold days, take a swim in the indoor swimming pool. Windsurfing, diving and canoeing are possible also (3km away). Children can be active at the playground and baby pool. The 3 pools offer guests a luxurious choice. Relax at the soothing sauna of the Rhodes Grand, or with a favourite choice of drink at the bar. All of the attractive rooms feature a balcony or terrace to soak up the atmosphere in a private space. Over the years, Grand Hotel has accommodated some of the greatest international personalities, such as Margaret Thatcher, Helmut Kohl, Gregory Peck, Constantine Karamanlis, Anthony Quinn, the Queen of Holland and many others. Grand Hotel has also hosted a number of international events as well as the conference of the EU leaders in 1988. A car rental service is available for excursions.
